PLEASE NOTICE:

All Sewer correspondence must be sent to the Property’s owner.

The Owner is solely responsible for all quarterly sewer rental charges.

Should the Owner intend to use this Property as a rental, or have another mailing address, please fill out the above form completely.

Contact the Authority office of any future changes.

If the Owner does not inform the Borough of Conshohocken Authority of changes in the mailing address and the account is delinquent, a LIEN will be placed on the property until the account is paid in full.
